More than a compliance exercise

Your year-end accounts are a legal requirement, but they are also the document your bank, your lenders and any future buyer will judge you on. We prepare accounts that are compliant with FRS 102 Section 1A or FRS 105 as appropriate, file them with Companies House and HMRC, and then walk you through what they actually say about the year.

What is included

  • Statutory accounts for limited companies, LLPs and sole traders
  • Corporation Tax computation and CT600 filing
  • Companies House and HMRC submission
  • Directors' loan account review
  • A year-on-year comparison and a conversation about what changed

How it works

  1. We collect your records and reconcile the year to a trial balance.
  2. Draft accounts and the tax computation are prepared and queries raised.
  3. We talk you through the figures before anything is signed.
  4. Accounts are filed with Companies House and the CT600 with HMRC.

Filing deadlines are nine months after year end for Companies House and twelve for the CT600. We work to our own deadline, comfortably ahead of both.
